Yurido Goods Pty Ltd, trading as ROVE Gifts ("ROVE", "we", "us"), operates this website to sell personalised leather goods and to help clients enquire about and commission bespoke orders. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

By using this website, placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you've read and understood this policy.

What information we collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Orders: when you buy through our online store, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details, including any personalisation you request.
Payments: card payments are handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of your payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits, but we never see or store your full card number.
Enquiries: when you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you share about your event or order. Our enquiry form is powered by Tally (tally.so).
Mailing list: if you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address.
Communications: information you share when you contact us by email, phone or social media.
Usage data: information about how you use our website, such as pages visited, device type, browser and IP address. This is collected automatically through cookies, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

We share your information only where it's needed to run our business and fulfil your order. This includes:

Website and e-commerce providers, which host our website and online store and process orders.
Payment processors, which handle card payments securely. We never see or store your full card number.
Accounting and invoicing software, which holds our invoice and payment records.
Email and marketing providers, which manage our mailing list.
Enquiry, workflow and project management tools, which we use to receive and manage enquiries and orders.
Our production studio in Indonesia, which makes your piece.
Shipping carriers, which receive your name, address and contact details to deliver your order.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which help us understand website traffic.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We choose providers we trust and only share what they need to do their job.

International transfers

Some of the tools we use store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada and other countries. Your order details are also shared with our production studio in Indonesia so your piece can be made. Where personal information is sent overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's handled securely and in line with Australian privacy law.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and enquiry records for as long as we need them to fulfil your order, provide customer service, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Financial records are generally kept for at least five years. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we'll action it promptly, subject to records we're legally required to keep.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You may also object to certain uses of your information or request that we restrict how we use it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payments are processed by certified payment providers, and our website uses encrypted (SSL) connections. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send card details or other sensitive information by email or through our enquiry form.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
