Third parties and tools we use

Tally (tally.so) — our enquiry form provider. Enquiry data submitted through the form is processed by Tally before being passed to us.
Make (Integromat) — an automation platform we use to route enquiry data between our internal tools.
Notion — where we store and manage enquiry records.
Basecamp — our internal project management tool, where enquiry threads are created and tracked.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — we use these to understand website traffic and usage. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Shopify — this website is hosted on Shopify, which processes certain technical and usage data as part of providing our website infrastructure.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policy. We choose providers we trust, but we encourage you to review their policies if you have specific concerns.

International transfers

Some of the tools we use to manage enquiries and website analytics — including Tally, Make, Notion, Basecamp, and Google — store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. The information that passes through these tools is limited to enquiry details and contact information; no payment or financial data is involved. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to this information being transferred and stored in these locations. We take reasonable steps to ensure it's handled securely.

How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry and order records for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, maintain accurate business records, and comply with our legal obligations. If you'd like your information removed, please contact us and we'll action it promptly.
